Maintenance Issues
Would lease again
Price is definitely a lot lower than what you’d find in west campus. You get what you pay for though and it’s a long walk to campus. Maintenance is also consistently understaffed. Management is lackluster and they are never around on holidays and weekends meaning you’re on your own if there are AC problems.
