Maintenance Issues
Would lease again
Great location close to campus, loud like every wampus apartment. Lots of kitchen space with a sizeable living room + bathrooms are gigantic. Curtains they give you are pretty thin, so it doesn't block much sunlight; highly recommend to put in your own. Sometimes the elevator is broken, but there are 3 of them so it's fine. Gym and study lounge are pretty good. Management is friendly.
